Refund policy

We offer a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of any passcodes or linked iCloud/Google accounts, and without any software locks (e.g., iCloud, passcode, MDM, SIM lock), in its original packaging, original accessories that came with the device and all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that we cannot process replacements or refunds for items that are water damaged, physically damaged, or have tampered software. Additionally, items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
We are pleased to assist you with an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition with the packaging intact. Once we have accepted your return, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return. You will be notified whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

After 90 days from the date of purchase, returns will no longer be accepted.
