Shipping policy
Seller offers free standard shipping on all orders above $149 for Ground Regular Shipments.
Shipping times can vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method. Please be aware that delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as inclement weather or lost or stolen packages.
The delivery of your order depends on the inventory available at our Distribution Centre. Orders for in-stock items are usually processed and shipped within two business day from our distribution center, and this time is included in the overall transit period.
Some orders may experience delays without prior notice due to shipping issues. In such cases, the order will be processed and shipped as soon as the product becomes available. If a product is delayed beyond the expected shipping date, you will be notified by our customer services team via email or phone.
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We may split your order into multiple shipments based on product availability at the time of processing. In these cases, you will be charged for shipping only once.
